The book is very good with all details,including the oils, different kinds of masala, spices used in all dishes. It is very informative for a novice.I tried the sago chat, the day I bought the book and it was super delicious....everyone loved it......the best thing it took me less than 30 minutes to prepare. I have also tried the soups, deserts, pickles.They have lovely pictures , so helps in presentation also. The instructions are so clear, that everyone can follow. I tried a few dishes and they turned out to come really well. I found the instructions to be in detail and did not have issues. I was able to get all ingredients and groceries for cooking from the indian grocery store in bay area,california.
